Building Program Community Presentations

The Columbia County School District will present an update on the comprehensive building program during the upcoming Work Session meeting of the Board of Education on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.

Following the meeting a series of informational meetings will be held to gather public input and feedback on the proposed improvements for our school facilities across the district.

The building program, led by input from the community, provides a guide for much-needed modernization and upgrades to existing schools and will benefit every school.

Funding, through the continuation of E-SPLOST and passage of general obligation (GO) bonds, is needed in order for the district to address needs identified in the comprehensive building program.
