Tickets are required to enter the park for graduation. The school will provide the number of tickets requested at graduation practice.
In case of inclement weather, graduation will be moved to the Columbia County Performing Arts Center. Students will be given a separate set of limited tickets at graduation practice in case of inclement weather. The district will notify students and post announcements on social media and school websites two hours prior to graduation.
Consider the weather when choosing clothing to be worn under robes.
Collared shirts and ties are not required.
Shorts and flip flops will not be allowed.
Arrive at the park dressed for the ceremony.
Upon arrival, report immediately to the staging area behind the pavilion.
A program will be provided for students in their designated seat.
Sunglasses are not to be worn while crossing the stage.
A picture will be taken as you receive the diploma, but do not stop for a picture. An additional photo will be taken after you exit the stage.
You will receive your actual diplomas after you exit the stage behind the pavilion.
